Singapore is under District 80 on Toastmasters International together with Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand.

District 80 is ranked 11th in the world in the year 2006-2007. It is further broken down into divisions, with Singapore at Division B, D, L, S, U and Z. Grassroots Toastmasters Club is under Division Z.

To help serve better, Toastmasters International is split into over 80 districts. Each district consisting of several countries. There is a District Execute Committee to ensure that the District and its officers are working toward the achievement of the District Mission.

The Committee reviews and approves the District High Performance Plan, prepares the budget; oversees the financial operation of the District, recommends the assignment of Clubs to Areas/Division, reviews recommendation/reports of District Committees, and assumes any other duties assigned by the District Council.
