President: Sets momentum and direction of the club, does the opening and closing address of chapter meetings, chairs other meetings.
Vice President (Education): Plans club meetings (at least 2 in a month), promotes educational programs attends to education needs of members including helping them to achieve their goals; and assigns every new member a mentor.
Vice President (Public Relations): Publicises Toastmasters, prepares newsletter and announces upcoming events.
Vice President (Membership): Plans membership programs, keeps track of guests, explains educational/leadership programs to prospective members and gets guests to fill up membership forms.
Secretary: Takes down minutes of meeting, plans the members' roster and handles general club correspondence.
Treasurer: Maintains accounts and manages club's financial matters.
Sergeant At Arms: Takes care of welfare(e.g meeting room, refreshments) during meetings and ensuring the adequate supply of stationery at all time.
